The Process
If you need a price quote before sending your footwear in for repair, please use the form below with a detailed description of the repairs needed along with some photos. Please note that without seeing your actual footwear, we can only provide a rough estimate.
Ship your footwear to the following address. Be sure to include your name, return address, and telephone number inside the package with your shoes.
As soon as we receive your footwear at the shop, we will assess your order and reach out to you if we need to further discuss repair options or any price adjustments that may be included.
Upon order approval, we will charge your credit card and begin the repair process. Once completed, we will ship your repaired items right back to you.
